- Remove the inkjet cartridge from the printer and place it on a white piece of paper in front of you.
- Dip a Q-tip in rubbing alcohol. You will want to squeeze out any excess rubbing alcohol.
- Gently stroke the head of the cartridge with the dampened Q-tip.
- Continue to repeat this process until each cartridge is cleared of the dried ink buildup.
- Place the inkjet cartridges back in the printer and run the Clean and Align program on your Epson 440 printer
